Dear class XII Students, I am taking extra class on 5 Jan and 10 Jan in school (LCD Room) from 9 am to 1 pm.  Extra class is meant ONLY for those secured less marks in their Math’s exam. I will take limited syllabus and very important questions only from exam point of view. A bus from Jharoda Kalan is also arranged. Others who are also not doing quite well can also attend these classes (CRPF/Non-CRPF wards).  Do bring your math’s book, practice copy, pen, water bottle and lunch. He announced that his birthday - Dec. 22 - would henceforth be a National Mathematics Day and 2012 would be the National Mathematical Year, while addressing an event celebrating the famous mathematician, in Chennai on Monday. The Prime Minister declared "as a tribute to the great mathematician, our government has decided to declare his birthday, that is December 22, as the National Mathematics Day and the year 2012 as a whole as the National Mathematical Year," according to a statement by the Prime Minister's office. Dear All Recently I have attended a National Mathematics Conference held at Indore from 26 Dec 2011 to 29 Dec 2011. The topic was “TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION IN MATHEMATICS EDUCATION”. An exposure to graphic calculators by casio and texas instruments , use of iPad in teaching, some mathematical software’s such as geogebra, mathematica was given. It was a great learning experience.
